MEDITATION

Meditation is a practice that enables us to awaken, to live in the present moment and develop a greater understanding of our relationship towards ourselves and others. While practicing meditation, we gradually learn to train the mind, to let go of anger and aversion, negativity, fear, stress. We learn, by coming to know intimately the present moment, to open the heart, to live with love, kindness, compassion, joy and serenity.

Introduction and practice into different ways of Meditation. This course is designed for people who wish to get to know  different techniques and thus find out which is most suitable for themselves.

We will start a new Meditation course for all levels, following my Yoga Class which partly consists of Asanas especially designed to enhance meditation.

Talita's Meditation experience encompasses a practice of more than 30 years (of which 7 years in Seclusion).
A blend of different methods of  Tantric sources, Shivananda, as well as  techniques based on the Aranyakas of ancient India. 
This is a building up course and we recommend particularly beginners to attend regularly  to receive the most benefit.
